Here's how easy it really is.

  • Select and purchase your tickets from our secure online shop
  • We'll send your tickets promptly in an email
  • Print your tickets prior to your selected visit date
  • Arrive at any of Kew's entry gates with your ticket printed (and ready to be scanned) and you'll be given access to the gardens.

NOTE: Tickets are valid for 30 days from your elected date of visit which means that if you cannot visit on your selected visit date you can still do so within 30 days of that date. Tickets are single visit only. You must print your ticket in advance of your visit. If you have booked boating tickets for the IncrEdibles Festival, please note that these are only valid for the date and time booked and cannot be used at any other time/date.
