Discover a new side to Kew at Orchids After Hours. Enjoy exclusive access to the tropical paradise of the Princess of Wales Conservatory as we celebrate Madagascar. Wander among the vibrant displays of colourful orchids beautifully lit, while enjoying food, drink, music and talks. Supported by Casenove Capital.

We offer all disabled customers an additional free ticket for a carer to accompany them to this event, if required. Essential companion tickets are provided with the understanding that the carer is willing and able to assist the access customer throughout their entire stay at the event. Essential companions must arrive and leave the event with the qualifying visitor and must be able to perform all requirements as needed, including assistance during an evacuation or other emergency. People attending on an essential companion ticket must be attending with a qualifying visitor who has a valid event ticket already purchased and should be over the age of 18 unless otherwise agreed with the Access Team. When you arrive you will be asked to produce documentation to validate your carer ticket. Accepted documentation includes: - Entitlement to Disability Living Allowance for children under 16 - Personal Independent payments for those aged 16-64 - Attendance Allowance or Carer's Allowance letter of award - Incapacity Benefit book - A Blue or Orange badge - BD8 or a Certificate of Visual Impairment (CVI) - The Access Card - International Proof of Disability You will need to agree to bring at least one of the above in order to have your ticket validated. Please note that only the Princess of Wales Conservatory and certain parts of the garden will be open.

Please be sure that you have chosen the right date and time slot when booking as Kew Gardens and See Tickets are not able to offer exchanges or refunds once tickets have been purchased. We are also not able to offer refunds/duplicates on unwanted/lost tickets.

No under 18s permitted. This event is strictly for adults only. If you are lucky enough to look under 25 please be prepared to show proof of age at this event.

Please note that your After Hours ticket does not permit you entry to the Gardens during the day.

Booking in advance is essential, online booking only.

There may be filming and photography by Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew or media partners that will form part of our promotional material. If you do not wish to participate, please notify a member of staff at the event.

There is no cash point on site. Food and drink can be purchased with card at the bars.

For the safety and security of everyone we will carry out full security checks at the entrance gate. Your belongings and your person may be searched. Please bring only what is essential to your evening. If you see anything suspicious or any persons acting suspiciously, please tell
the nearest member of staff immediately. Please do not leave any belongings unattended at any time.

The event closes at 10pm. Last entry is 9pm.
